Racism / Asian hate in Montenegro 🇲🇪 I’ve traveled to 46 countries and NEVER have I encountered blatant racism and bullying like this. And in a super touristy area like Kotor! WTF!! Montenegro, do better. I had felt that the culture was cold and the locals were unfriendly but never expected THIS level of racism. I will never return to Montenegro after this trip and cannot recommend it to others. Spend your money elsewhere. #racism #asianhate #montenegro #xenophobia #hatecrime
TNHT Staff: @YesThatsDee ________________ Neighbors, actress Selma Blair is making headlines after allegedly biting a flight attendant and punching another crew member during a Delta flight on October 11. ________________ But apparently, this isn’t the first time she’s used her teeth on somebody! According to Page Six, Blair previously admitted in her 2022 memoir that she had bitten three celebrities: actress Sienna Miller, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, and supermodel Kate Moss. ________________ Blair recalled biting Miller’s arm during a 2006 encounter, biting MacFarlane’s hand at a Las Vegas gathering in 2004, and biting Moss’ finger while hanging out in London. ________________ The situation with Moss reportedly escalated after Blair bit her a second time. Moss allegedly punched Blair in the back and bit her thumb in return! ________________ Blair previously explained that she sometimes became overwhelmed in social situations, which contributed to her unusual behavior. As for her latest arrest, Blair, 54, allegedly bit one flight attendant and punched another during a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York on October 11. Authorities say she was taken into custody after landing at JFK Airport. But things reportedly got worse! Blair allegedly kicked a police officer in the head while being transported to the hospital and assaulted a nurse once she arrived. ________________ She is now facing two state assault charges involving the officer and nurse, along with federal assault allegations related to the flight attendants. Her representative claims she experienced a medical emergency that caused the alleged behavior and says she is now in stable condition.

Everybody preaches balance. Nobody talks about seasons. Sometimes you go all in on one thing and push everything else to the side. That’s how anything real gets built. But the first thing we cut is always the thing that kept us sharp, and you don’t notice it in the mirror first. You notice it in your head. What did you cut that you need back? @affluence.io #fyp #building #gym #mindset #ripped
