@ethicsportsperformance places a premium on speed, movement efficiency and mechanics. Education is our lifeline. Teaching athletes how to adopt and reproduce the most advantageous patterns and positions will allow for transference to the court, field, or track. While teaching movement skills is the basis of skill acquisition, Ethic staff also appreciates the classic sport science principle of “overload.” Choosing the appropriate exercises and placing the body in the right positions while loading or applying pressure essentially allows an athlete to increase their output and stress their muscles/tendons/tissues in a manner which further optimizes strength and power.
