So good! Share for those friends that need to hear it’s ok! 💛 I don’t know this girl but I like her coaches advice. I use this for my athletes, but gosh, it is so good for parents as well! Can’t we just accept that we are going to have good, OK, and crappy days? That doesn’t mean we are crappy parents. It means we are human. 💯This exact ratio is not what is important. I would actually say mine is more 1/2, 1/4, 1/4 or something along those lines. However, It’s a generalization that gives you permission to have a crappy day and that is normal. 😊Make it a good day the next day.
.
I also love the part about the OK days. I think as athletes training and as parents we think we have good days and bad days, but what about just the run-of-the-mill, OK days. Those are all a part of it. Every day doesn’t have to be super fabulous! Sometimes we’re just in the grind parenting, schooling, feeding - OK kind of days. That was the most compelling part for me. 😉
So whether your day is good 👍 OK 👌🏽 or crappy 👎… in a healthy ratio - you are right, where you are supposed to be!

If you are way, more bad days or really low on the good days, it might be time to take a look at what you need to change. Could be a perspective, an attitude, taking a class, talking with a coach/ mentor etc. and figuring out how to get into a healthy ratio!
It is possible!
