-I am currently working on trying to love my own skin and I have learned that makeup is such a powerful and wonderful thing but there is absolutely nothing more beautiful than your own skin! I love everything about makeup from the way it can make someone feel when you see yourself in your favourite red lip to how creative you can be with looks! Makeup is so much more than just slapping something on your face. I’ve always struggled with my imagine and how I look and makeup has been such a wonderful thing for me as it’s taught me and is still teaching me to this day that we can be creative and express yourself in so many fun and beautiful ways! It’s also helped me to love my own skin when I don’t have makeup on! Beauty standards are crazy now! Yes skin has texture, you’ll get spots, dark spots and your eyes are going to have bags sometimes but that’s all because you’re human! It’s so easy to get caught up in the standard of beauty today and forget that at the end of it all we are all human! But there is absolutely nothing more beautiful than just being yourself! 🫶🏼-
