Mark Schilder

“Lily in the desert” 16x16” oil on canvas. - Someone asked why I had stopped oils and switched to watercolors. I didn’t. Still oil painting and I am trying to learn watercolors. Oils are easier to fix if you screw up, lol. So here is a brand new oil painting. But as artists, I strongly recommend you trying any and all mediums you desire. It’s easy to find yourself stuck in a rut otherwise. Me… I get bored. I want to try new things.
