Yesterday at the New York Standard I was treated in the worst possible way. Visiting from Miami, I wanted to go to the rooftop for a drink when a lady at the door started treating customers in the worst way possible. I felt threatened, it was rude, racist and nothing to do with the values that the standard hotel sells. please be careful.
