Sunday Ritual ✍🏼
There’s no denying this week has been an emotional one and it doesn’t help that I’m 36 weeks pregnant so my hormones are all over the shop 🥵🤣
But this hasn’t stopped me from carrying on with my self love journey and I have found writing a letter to people who have done you wrong and then burning it, hits completely different.
