My girl is 30 🎊🎉🙌🏻 this time last year she could barely walk and now she is THRIVING going to concerts (just a few), working out, being sassy, and living again ❤️ I love you you so very much! Happiest of birthdays my love!

More newspaper headlines, more videos and podcasts are picking up the story of fake professor Sam Vaknin who has no qualifications and has been predating on vulnerable therapy patients. Two articles in two days in his country of residence North Macedonia. One of the biggest newspapers has picked up the story, first covering the exposé in the documentary and podcast and then a story on the Chamber of Psychology distancing itself from Sam. Perhaps more importantly, a popular podcast hosted by three REAL university professors, called for the Ministry of Interior Affairs to step in and investigate his residency and unlicensed practice. @rumenabuzarovska @irenacvetkovik @janajakimovska In the full episode there say “he primarily commits his misdeeds in other countries, which makes reporting him very difficult. If he rapes someone in Russia and then returns to Macedonia, what are the chances that the police forces of the two countries will cooperate? Virtually zero. That is precisely what has saved him all these years. He still lives here, and together with his wife, he runs a foundation called the Vaknin-Rangelovska Foundation. He continues to hold seminars. His entire persona reeks of blatant charlatanism. He is a fake professor, claiming to represent an institution that, upon closer inspection, does not even exist. For instance, it was claimed that this seminar is held under the auspices of the “Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS) UK.” This has absolutely nothing to do with Cambridge; it is merely an organization that exploits the Cambridge name—deliberately included to lend an air of “professionalism.” In reality, it is an inactive organization based in a dilapidated, unusable building, with ties to Nigeria.” #samvaknin #narcissisticabuse #podcast

Palak Patra Bites These bite-sized patras are a quick and delicious twist on the traditional recipe. They’re perfect for breakfast, tea-time, or packing into a lunchbox. Ingredients * Besan – 1 cup * Red chilli powder – 1 tsp * Turmeric powder – ½ tsp * Coriander powder – 1 tsp * Jeera powder – 1 tsp * Garam masala – ½ tsp * Asafoetida – ½ tsp * Jeera – 1 tsp * Sesame seeds – 4 tbsp * Ginger-green chilli paste – 1 tbsp * Jaggery powder – 1 tbsp * Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp * Oil – 1½ tbsp * Water – ¼–½ cup * Salt – to taste * Baking soda – ¼ tsp * Spinach – 2 cups, finely chopped For the Tempering * Oil – 1 tbsp * Mustard seeds – 1 tsp * Sesame seeds – 1 tsp * Curry leaves – 8–10 * Fresh grated coconut – for garnish Method 1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the baking soda and mix into a thick, smooth batter. 2. Just before steaming, add the baking soda and gently fold it into the batter. 3. Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray or plate and steam for 10-12 minutes until firm and cooked through. 4. Allow it to cool completely, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 5. Heat oil in a pan and prepare the tempering. 6. Add the patra bites and toss gently until lightly crisp. 7. Garnish with fresh grated coconut and serve warm. Tips • Add the baking soda only just before steaming for the softest texture. • Let the patra cool completely before cutting to get neat, clean bites. • Toss the bites gently while tempering to prevent them from breaking.
