⁨ ⁉️ از رایج‌ترین چیزایی که بین مادران مراجعه‌کننده هست اینه: وزن مامان بالا رفته ولی رشد جنین مطلوب نیست. ⁉️ چرا؟ چون رشد جنین به حجم غذای مادر وابسته نیست! نوع خوراکی، تعداد دفعات خوردن، ترکیب وعده‌ها و بعضی اشتباهات رایج تغذیه‌ای می‌تونن تفاوت بزرگی ایجاد کنن.. 😊 سه ماهه سوم بارداری اوج وزن گیری جنین هست ‌و مادرم هم داره بیشترین وزن رو میگیره، اگه میخوای خودت چاق نشی، ولی جنینت تپلی بشه… باید یک رژیم غذایی سالم و پرپروتئین در سه ماهه سوم ( هفته ۲۸ به بعد بارداری) داشته باشی…. ✅ این غذاهای پروتئینی گزینه خوبی هستند: 1️⃣ ماست رو یونانی یا ایسلندی بخورید. 2️⃣ روزانه یک عدد بلال یا ذرت مصرف کنید. 3️⃣ روزی یک وعده سالاد حبوبات بخورید. 4️⃣ ماش پلو یا عدس پلو با گوشت بخورید. 5️⃣ ساندویچ فلافل خانگی با روغن کم بخورید. 6️⃣ کوکو عدس یا اسفناج بخورید. 7️⃣ فرنی با آرد برنج و پودر مغزجات بخورید. 8️⃣از کینوا پخته داخل سالاد ها اضافه کنید. 9️⃣ روزانه سه عدد گردو مصرف کنید. مابقی غذاها هم داخل رژیم های سه ماهه سوم بارداری بهتون گفتم…. ✅ و اما رژیم های سه ماهه سوم بارداری اومادایت: ✔️ اگر میخواهید برنامه غذایی برای وزن گیری جنین داشته باشید بدون چاق شدن خودت….. ✔️ اگر میخواهید برنامه غذایی یک هفته قبل و یک هفته بعد از زایمان ( طبیعی یا سزارین) را داشته باشید… 🔔کلمه «سوم» را کامنت کن تا شرایط دریافت رژیم برات ارسال بشه.

I’m ALL NATURAL. Very very natural. With absolute intention 💪🏽🌱 Because NATURAL and NATURE are essentially the same thing in my understanding and experience of this reality, you can’t get healthier or more powerful than connecting with nature, the elements, God, the source of all life, whatever you call it. I’ve dedicated the last 16yrs of my life to understanding health on the deepest levels, applying what I learnt by experimenting with my own body, listening to my body, watching it, feeling it, communicating with it, loving it and discovering just how magnificent and powerful this miracle machine really is when you truly desire to want the very best for it at all times through love and care, which is what health is. Loving your body. + Loving the planet (equally as important, naturally) 16yrs of unwavering consistency, discipline, movement, plenty of sleep, fruit, sprouts, plants, sunshine, fresh air, good hydration, free flow yoga, strength training, gratitude, zero toxins in and a whole lot of LOVE for this incredible body I’ve been gifted. I don’t train because I hate how my body looks. I train because I absolutely LOVE my body, everything it does for me, every single second of every single day. I train because loving the body, wanting the best for it, growing it stronger, not more toxic or lazy, is one very powerful way how we drive positive change in the world and I’m all about that! The more I connect with nature, the more I realise just how much it gives us, how much our bodies are capable of, and how much of our health is influenced by the choices we make every day. This isn’t about looking ripped. That’s just one visible result of a much deeper relationship I’ve developed with my body and nature. For me, HEALTH is the greatest form of wealth, freedom and personal empowerment we can ever experience. At 46, I’m still learning, still expanding, still experimenting and still absolutely fascinated by what this magnificent human body can do. But fully committed to becoming the healthiest version of myself, at least at 1% healthier minimum every week without fail. WHO IS WITH ME? NATURE IS POWERFUL YOU ARE NATURE
