2-INGREDIENT COCONUT & BANANA COOKIES 🍌🥥

Comment COOKIE for the recipe 👇

Those spotty bananas sitting in your fruit bowl? They’re perfect for these! As bananas ripen, some of their starch turns into sugars, making them sweeter and softer, ideal for adding sweetness to baking ✨

Bananas also provide potassium, which supports normal muscle and nerve function, alongside vitamin B6 and a little fibre 💛

Simply mash, mix with shredded coconut, shape and bake until golden. You can finish with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate if you fancy 🍫

Minimal ingredients, very little prep and a lovely little bake to enjoy at any time of day ☕️🍪

Save this for the next time you have spotty bananas laying around!
