be a student, not a follower Don’t quickly jump on the next “trend” because everybody is doing it. Take a step back, observe, and think for yourself. Now don’t get me wrong, movement is movement at the end of the day and I will celebrate anyone who moves their body. Do remember that muscle is the key to longevity. Especially as women, I do encourage you to not dismiss strength training because it is vital for our overall health. I’ve interviewed multiple doctors from various specialities for @herhealthmethod and they all said one thing: ladies need to strength train. At least, listen to the doctors. Continue to move your body in different ways and push your boundaries but please keep strength training as your main pillar. If you want to learn more about your body then please listen to the amazing doctors on @herhealthmethod I love running and Pilates. I’m training for something with my best friend and it requires me to run but alongside that, I’m also sticking to my weight training schedule.
