And just like that, my baby Edward is 12 years old!

He celebrated with an unlimited amount of treats and of course an official portrait session - as befits royalty.

We have a birthday wish so we have a mission for you. And don't worry, it's not difficult or dangerous!

Please give your dog an extra ear scritch, belly rub or kiss on the nose (or whatever they prefer) in Edward's honour today - feel free to tag us in images or add to the comments. Or just do it and enjoy the minute. I'm just very taken with the idea of creating a little wave of doggy joy around the world.

Love Edward and Sarah x

The Trustworthy Traitorous Trio 😈 #TheCelebrityTraitors #TheTraitors #TheTraitorsUK #ClaudiaWinkleman ⁣
⁣
Host Claudia Winkleman will welcome an eclectic mix of people and personalities ranging from BAFTA and BRIT award winners through to social media stars plus some of the UK’s most cherished actors, comedians, presenters and beyond as the celebrities question who they can and can’t really trust, figure out who deserves to be banished and try to discover which of them is plotting murder under the cover of darkness.

Nearly every mid-term election cycle, the same pattern repeats: the party in power loses ground due to discontent, voters turn to the other party for change, and the cycle starts all over again.

In response to the righteous anger people have against Trump and his billionaire agenda, will a “blue wave” actually deliver the change working people need?

History tells us no. Time and time again, both parties have put billionaire profits ahead of our needs.

The so-called “mid-term curse” isn’t a curse after all. It’s a symptom of a two-party system that keeps working people trapped in a cycle of broken promises.

TUM MERE HO is in cinemas now, please jaake dekhiye!🙏🏻❤️🎬🥺

Cannabis Research and Regulation
In the US, cannabis laws vary by state, and some cannabis-based medicines are used under medical supervision. Kenya needs more research to understand the benefits and risks of different cannabis products.

Imagine someone struggling with hyperactivity or anxiety consuming a high-THC product that worsens their symptoms. Cannabis affects people differently, and without proper knowledge, consumers may put their health at risk.

We need scientific research, public education, and proper regulation to protect Kenyans. Those who sell cannabis illegally should face the consequences under Kenyan law.

**Let’s put science before assumptions and public health before profits
