Little doable changes add up.
When it comes to making lifestyle changes like: getting more sleep, moving your body more & following a healthy eating style ~ the trick is to start off slowly.
The noise on social media about biohacks, crazy supplements & new “healthy” trends is overwhelming and mostly not evidence based.
But getting quality sleep, moving your body every day & eating healthy balanced meals (insert that are providing at least 25 -38 g of fibre per day) are backed my science based evidence.
No glitz.
No empty promises.
No special expensive _______ fill in the blank.
Focus on: getting a good night’s sleep, adding more steps to your day and eating more fruits and veggies
That’s the start.
Pick one, pick two or pick three of these doable habits.
And stick to them.
In a month you’ll feel the difference. This time next year these will be your lifestyle habits.

Today was my final day of class in nursing school!! From my first day 3 years ago, to my last day today, and all the days in between, I’m officially moved out of Auburn and starting my preceptorship! I could not be more grateful to have finally made it to this moment🥹
