Farha and Ali's Indian wedding in the Dominican Republic was incredibly beautiful and flawlessly planned by
@novellard . Those days were undoubtedly vibrant, with all the perfect ingredients to make each celebration unique and rooted in their rich culture 😍
The weekend began with the Mehndi celebration. Mehndi, otherwise known as henna, is a paste associated with positive spirits and good luck. Indian Wedding tradition calls for a Mehndi ceremony to be held the night before the wedding as a way of wishing the bride good health and prosperity as she makes her journey on to marriage.
The following day, the private shoot took place at Minitas Beach in Casa de Campo. The result was a lovely private evening in the Dominican Republic. 🌴
The third day featured the Sangreet evening, in which everyone dedicated their dances to the couple. All the dances were coordinated and brought all the way from India to the Caribbean by
@dancingwithpreeta . The night ended with fireworks and it was so much fun!
Finally, everything culminated in the wedding day. Farha looked incredibly beautiful in her stunning dress, complemented by a perfect makeup from
@clinttorresbeauty .
I thoroughly enjoyed this wedding because it was completely different from the ones I typically experience. I love the opportunity to immerse myself in different cultures through their celebrations ☺️
Thank you, Farha & Ali. It was a pleasure for me to share your joy ❤️
