HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS 🤎☕️ This recipe has been on my channel for a while now and this recipe NEVER lets me down. So fluffy and all the bites are the same with the gooey texture and caramalized brown butter and sugar. It’s worth all the effort I PROMISE. For those who also want to recreate this recipe as well, keep scrolling… What you’re going to need: The dough: 3/4 (180ml) cup milk (I used almond) 1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar 2 1/2 (11g) active dry yeast 2 1/2 (120g) Greek yogurt or sour cream (I used sour cream) 2 eggs (room temperature) 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter 1 tsp (6g) salt 4 1/2 (540g) bread flour (or use all purpose flour) Cinnamon filling: 1/2 cup (113g) softened butter 1 cup (240g) light brown sugar 2 tsp (4g) vanilla extract 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream Cream cheese frosting: 8oz (1 block) softened cream cheese 1/4 cup (58g) softened butter 1 3/4 (210g) powdered sugar 1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract Well Made by Kiley youve done it again! I’ve been absolutely stunned by how this came out! #baking #recipe #dessert #cinnamonroll #homemade
