Absolutely incredible! I saw this on a design blog years ago and it really inspired me to make design objects! Take the art off the wall and roll it down the street! Phenomenal piece!

Forever starts today. I feel like the luckiest man on Earth to propose to the most beautiful, intelligent, and sweetest woman I’ve ever met. You’ve elevated my life in so many ways & I can’t wait to take your hand in marriage. You are the brightest light in a city of endless opportunities. I truly believe the world is ours when I am with you. There is nothing we cannot do when we are together. You are so easy to love. The Joneses coming soon!
The version of you at 60 is being built by what you practise today. Getting down to the floor and back up is a big part of that, and this flow trains it. Here’s the flow: 1️⃣ Deep squat, arms overhead. Heels down, chest up, reach tall through your fingertips. Your ankles, hips and upper back all have to work together to hold this. 2️⃣ Forearms reach down toward the floor. Stay low in the squat and reach forward slowly, keeping your weight spread across your whole foot. 3️⃣ One knee to the floor, then the other. Lower each knee with control rather than dropping into it. This is the transition that keeps getting up and down off the floor easy. Move slowly and stay in each position for a few breaths. If the deep squat isn’t comfortable yet, hold onto a door frame or couch for support and build from there. #deepsquat #squatmobility #jointhealth #mobility #longevity
Huge shout out to @ifightforkidsv4 @mikeclum @officialchrishansen it wasn't for Alex's evidence Mike's documentary and Chris Hansen interview that would've never happened. All I did was once the police warrant was active I tracked him down called the police told them exactly where he was. They swooped in and took care of business. We got some crazy footage that we're gonna be posting very soon, but the watch is over.
“Even when you're gone, your shadow remains to catch me whenever i fall. Proving that love never truly leaves.” 🍂
