Today we’re making Amaretti Biscuits, those beautiful Italian almond biscuits that are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. This recipe comes from my mother-in-law Maria, and it’s one of those family recipes that proves you don’t need many ingredients to make something special. Almond meal, sugar, egg whites, almond essence… and a little patience while they bake and fill the kitchen with that beautiful sweet almond smell 😍 Perfect with espresso, cappuccino, gelato, or straight from the tray. Comment AMARETTI and I’ll send you the recipe 📩
