Decades later, these cars still make people stop and look. Their appeal starts with the proportions: a low roof, a sweeping body line, a front end with its own expression. Small details give each design an identity that stays with you. Under a streetlight, those shapes become even more striking. Chrome catches the light, curves emerge from the shadows, and the silhouette does the rest. You don’t need to hear the engine or know the model to understand why people admire them. That kind of presence lasts.
ZION FLASH FLOODS: New video coming in this morning shows the large volume of water that was flowing through Zion National Park on Monday 10/12/26. The 4-day rain totals in upper Zion are around 3.40-4.77”. That is A LOT of water for this desert landscape, hence the flash flood waterfalls that formed. All of this water is part of the Virgin River watershed basin that will eventually dump into Lake Mead. That is… if it makes it there, which I think a fraction of this will. 📍: Zion NP, UT 📸: Charity Slawter
