In September 2015, Marie Davidek was picking tomatoes from her backyard garden in Mount Morris, Michigan, when she spotted something sheโ€™d never seen before โ€” a tomato shaped almost perfectly like a little rubber duck. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฆ† Marie showed the unusual find to her husband, Bob, and the adorable discovery quickly attracted media attention, eventually landing the couple on CNN. After years of gardening, they said theyโ€™d seen oddly shaped tomatoes before, but never one that actually had what looked like a beak. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Marie hoped sharing her bizarre garden find would make people smile โ€” and more than a decade later, the โ€œduck tomatoโ€ is still making its rounds online.
