Why is Delhi Police afraid of Neha Bora??? Why should we sign peace bond?? The right to peacefully gather and protest is a fundamental right of every citizen. BJP government and Delhi Police should stop protecting Gyanesh Kumar who has been involved in 'vote chori' and killing democracy in our nation.
16:33 5K PB 🚨 Today, I raced the TCS Toronto Waterfront 5K, one of my favourite races of the year, and finished third overall 🥉 in a new personal best of 16:33. The race also served as the @athleticsont Provincial 5K Road Championships, where I earned the 🥈. Big congratulations to @courtneyhufsmith on winning the race for the fourth year in a row! One of my biggest goals for the road season was to break the U18 Canadian National Record of 16:31. I came just a couple of seconds short today, but the good news is that I still have a few more years to chase it. I’m really happy with the consistency I’ve shown across my three road 5Ks this season: 16:39, 16:46, and now 16:33. One of the things I love most about this race weekend is the Race Expo! It’s always so much fun seeing familiar faces, catching up with people I haven’t seen in a while, and being surrounded by so many people who share the same love for running. 🫶🏼 Thank you to the team at @runcrs for putting on an amazing event, to @asicscanada for always supporting me, and to my coaches Peter and Ahj for always believing in me. Overall, I’m really happy with my road racing season and the progress I’ve made. Now it’s time to get back to the grass and trails to finish off my XC season. 🤙🏼 . . . . #5k #roadrace #running #athletics #toronto

CALLING ALL RAVE HISTORIANS! 🚨🔊 Am I losing my marbles or does anyone else remember The Bucketheads – The Bomb! being played at the Haçienda around 1994/95? I have this incredibly vivid memory of the entire dancefloor waiting for what felt like an ETERNITY for that bloody drop. The tension was ridiculous, and when it finally kicked in, the place absolutely erupted! 🙌 Who the hell was DJing? Graeme Park? Tom Wainwright? Was it even 1994? It seems such a commercial tune now, but I swear I remember hearing it before it became massive. And being from Wigan, we obviously had our own lyrics. A lad called Wes used to sing “PEAS, CHIPS, PUDDING AND A PIE” instead of “These Sounds Fall Into My Mind.” 🤣🥧 And while we’re reminiscing, can we give some love to the local nightclubs? Because sometimes a Friday night out in your hometown was better than trekking into Manchester or Liverpool for the big clubs. You knew half the dancefloor, the other half knew your business, the DJ knew exactly what would get everyone going, and you could have the absolute night of your life without going anywhere glamorous. The big clubs might have made the history books, but those little local clubs made some of our best memories. So come on, Haçienda veterans and hometown ravers. Who was behind the decks that night? And which local nightclub deserves a bloody medal? 😂❤️ #TheHacienda #90sClubbing #Wigan
