To the idiot walking his dalmatian at 5:20 PM today at the corner of 32nd Ave and CR 250 in Durango. The outside air temperature was 92 degrees. You were wearing shorts, a red t shirt, baseball hat and sunglasses. Your dalmatian was wearing a fur coat and the pavement temperature was over 150 degrees and you were burning the pads of his/her feet. Wake up and do better or you don’t deserve to be a dog owner
