And so, we rally ladies! Comment SWEATYBEECH if you want to join a FREE workout challenge I’m putting together. No catch. Just community, accountability, prioritizing ourselves unapologetically and getting stronger together because we can! 💪🏼 (AND WE CAN WEAR WHATEVER THE HELL WE WANT WHILE WE DO)

Hilariously apt song choice credit to @kaitlynbristowe 😝

That’s a good man Savannah! 😂

MY HEART IS SO FULL.
One of the greatest blessings God has given me is YOU. ❤️

I don’t ever want to get so comfortable in this life we’ve built together that I forget to acknowledge just how grateful I am for you. For the way you love me, provide for me, protect me, support my dreams, and continuously show up for me.

I see your sacrifices. I see your hard work. I see the weight you carry, even when you don’t say a word. And I hope you always know that none of it goes unnoticed or unappreciated.

Marriage isn’t about having a perfect person or a perfect life. It’s about having someone you can grow with, learn with, pray with, and continue choosing through every season. And I’m so thankful that I get to do all of that with you.

If I had to choose again, I’d still choose you. In every season, through every version of us.

I love you, I appreciate you, and I thank God for the privilege of being your wife. .

Side note: I almost had a heart attack last night! My heart was outside my chest. 😭

Next year, I will not continue as a rider for Team Jayco AlUla. And with how the transfer market looks at the moment, I will most likely not continue as a WorldTour rider at all.

That’s why Saturday was a really special day for me. My last WorldTour race, my last Monument. Il Lombardia, with the finish in Como. Where my Italian adventure started back in 2020. My training roads for more than six years.

If this really is the end, I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful way to finish this chapter of my life. Thanks to Team Jayco AlUla for giving me the opportunity to do this last big race.

Physically, I have struggled a lot since I finished the Vuelta. But on Saturday, I had to make it to Como at all costs. I’m so grateful to everyone who cheered me on all the way from Bergamo to Como. You really gave me the last bit of strength I needed.

At the moment, I’m not sure what’s next for me. When the season is over, I will have time to sit down calmly and reflect on what the best next step for me will be. What I do know is that I’m extremely proud of what I have achieved with my talent and a lot of hard work. Four years in the WorldTour, with participation in one Grand Tour, one World Championships and four Monuments as some of the highlights. Who would have thought that when I was still a teenager living in Denmark?

There are so many people who have helped me on my journey that I want to thank. Right now, I don’t even know where to start, but I hope you are in no doubt about who you are.

For now, I will concentrate on finishing everything in the right way in the last two races of the season in Veneto this week. After that, we’ll see.

At the Vatican, I had the honor of co-hosting Belonging and Social Relations in the Age of Fragility alongside Chancellor Marcelo Suárez-Orozco and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, gathering leading minds from around the world to confront the growing crisis of social disconnection and what it means for our children.

Our collective future depends on how seriously we prioritize our social health and shared humanity. It will take all of us.
