Dealing with a Narcissistic Parent(s) it's Always Your Fault. They are Critical of each and every single thing you do. From what you Wear, what you Do, Eat etc. That Helplessness feeling is born. It's not A Good Feeling at All.

I used to cry myself to sleep trying to figure out what did I do wrong. Why am I being treated like this. Then I Grew Up and left Trisha at the River!
The pain is still there, but it hasn't made me bitter, just aware and to never project such toxic behavior towards my child(Ren).

Maybe you can and will understand me a little better.
