✨✨30 Days of Sacred Reflection ✨✨ by @oya_woye

✨ NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON ✨
I’m proud to announce that my guided journal,📖 30 Days of Sacred Reflection is officially available.
Before my mother transitioned, she told me to Never Stop Sharing My Gifts and asked me to promise that I would follow through with the visions and projects she poured into me.
This journal was one of those promises.
Today, on My Mother’s Birthday, I honor her by keeping that promise and dedicating this work to her memory. 💜
If you feel called to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself spiritually, this journal is for you.

That didn't happen Trisha. And if it did, then it really wasn't that bad. If it was, stop making a big deal out of it Trisha. If it is, then it was your fault and not mine Trisha. And if it I did, then you probably deserved it Trisha.
Dealing with a Narcissistic Parent(s) it's Always Your Fault. They are Critical of each and every single thing you do. From what you Wear, what you Do, Eat etc. That Helplessness feeling is born. It's not A Good Feeling at All.

I used to cry myself to sleep trying to figure out what did I do wrong. Why am I being treated like this. Then I Grew Up and left Trisha at the River!
The pain is still there, but it hasn't made me bitter, just aware and to never project such toxic behavior towards my child(Ren).

Maybe you can and will understand me a little better.

Happy Birthday to my beautiful best friend, Bianca! 🎉🎂💐💕
Some people come into your life and become so much more than a friend—they become family. And that is exactly what you are to me. Through the good days, the hard days, the laughter, the tears, the craziness, the celebrations, and everything in between, I am so grateful to have you in my corner.
Thank you for being someone I can laugh with, cry with, vent to, celebrate with, and simply be myself around. Your love, kindness, loyalty, and beautiful heart mean more to me than you probably even realize.
On your birthday, I pray this next chapter brings you peace, happiness, abundance, good health, answered prayers, and every blessing your heart deserves. May you be celebrated today the way you deserve to be celebrated—not just for what you do for others, but simply for the amazing woman you are. ❤️
I love you, Bianca, and I thank God for the gift of our friendship. Here’s to another year of memories, laughter, blessings, and us being US! 😂🥂💕
Happy Birthday, Bestie! 🎊👑🎂
