Howdy, I’m James. Born in Australia, Grew up in Grimsby and now working from Manchester, Im a multidisciplinary creative director and passionate critical thinker. I believe in the practice of generating a conscious outcome that is new and creatively different yet genuinely fitting to the nature of the working piece itself.
Im Currently teaching myself fashion design on the side of my creative production work. I would say key themes and interest is functionality, longevity, slow fashion, democratization and intimacy with the product through meanings and timelessness. I like a lot of different types of design and creative direction, and as serious as everything in the section above is, I’m not that serious.
It’s hard to fit everything in this paragraph, so drop a bell if you ever want to talk, help or want to make stuff :D
