To celebrate the upcoming 50th anniversary of the first Brighton Gay Pride March, we believe it's important to look back on the milestones and triumphs that have paved the way for the progress we see today; and show our support to those who continue to stand up and advocate for equal rights for LGBTQIA+ people.

We encourage everyone to explore the resources available to them, the Brighton Ourstory archive is a fantastic starting point. http://www.brightonourstory.co.uk/brighton-s-history/brighton-s-history/index.html

Additionally, we would like to highlight some wonderful local organisations, if you or anyone you know, is looking for support, or if you would like to donate to a valuable cause. https://ledcen.org.uk/

We stand with LGBTQIA+ people, not only during this Pride weekend 🌈, but everyday.
