Welcoming Mike Elliott to Enstone 🤝
Today morning i woke up .. the familiar fading feelings and thoughts of what’s not right with the world and what needs to be done about it .. and why i am not running around doing it, .. came knocking at my door .. i opened the door (my blanket) and saw them .. i smiled politely and declared “no thanks” and closed the door. I lay back in bed .. and remembered how the whole thing works .. by itself .. .. all is one one is all .. as i am so it is .. ♾️ etc .. you get the picture so i grinned and cozied back into the feather 🪶blanket .. and muttered a coding mantra “it’s going to be a wonderful day” and let God do his thing .. and dozed right back into a sweet dozing .. Woke up easy .. free .. called my man Mahendra and declared the day a holiday .. “aaj aane ki koi zarut nahi hai” .. “chutti karo” .. (though he hears that more often than i should be saying it :)) .. but today .. it felt different.. there was the zing of fullness and freshness in it.. a juicy bite of truth to it .. i wanted to be fully present to what ever is to unfold today .. “whatever it will be .. it will be wonderfully majical!” .. a majical mystery i just lay in bed snuggled under the blanket .. feeling .. the easy lazy still beauty of the now .. a mind free of stories thus free to choose any story i wish to dream 🛌 😴 💭 At some point.. i’d thought it might just be more nice outside .. so i rolled out .. and rolled into the bright late morning .. made a cup of coffee and sat out .. doing nothing .. but simply fully being here to feel the beauty of the day .. and it is such a beautiful day .. the responsible boys at the door meanwhile knocked a few more times .. but i barely heard them .. only to cozy up deeper into the brightness of now .. almost griningly defiant Eventually .. a faint voice came through.. “freshen up .. at least brush your teeth” .. .. i pondered on the validity of this request made by my mind .. and figured if i do freshen up and wash my face with cold water .. it would wake me up further .. to be more present to cozy back into the wow of the now .. with my eye wide open .. dreaming a good dream “Good dream folks!” Chapter 1 .. Note 1 .. ‘easy days’

Picking up where I left off 🖤🖤🖤
me again because I’ve been working all weekend 🤗
Sunday rest day, but a full day of client calls and onboarding new clients. 🤍 Rest day doesn’t always mean doing nothing. Sometimes it means stepping away from training and putting that energy into the business, the people I coach, and the things I’m building. One of my favorite parts of what I do is helping people realize what they’re capable of when they have the right structure, guidance, and accountability. New week ahead, new goals to work toward, and more people to help become stronger versions of themselves. Now, back to the calls. ☕️ Enjoooy you Sunday lovelies 🥰 // Coach Ida
