I ran a half marathon back in August around 1 hour and 11 minutes.

Most “experts” and coaches in running would’ve told me the following: “Double your half marathon time and add 6 minutes. That’s what you’ll run for a full.”

There’s something important to know, most people want to put you into a box because it makes their life easier. It’s a weak approach and if you aren’t careful, you will be told what you’re capable of before even stepping foot on the course. I hate that and reject what most limits are because it’s lazy thinking

Long story short, if I would’ve believed the traditional way I would’ve ran a 2:28 marathon at best. Instead I ran 5 minutes faster

To quote the great Katie Heron, “The limit does not exist.” Expect more from yourself and you’ll get more in return

Diddy rushed from New Jersey prison to hospital due to head injury. According to reports from TMZ and other outlets on October 12, 2026, Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported by ambulance from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey around 1 a.m. Saturday for treatment of a head injury. Sources said the injury was not life-threatening; he was conscious and speaking when returned to the prison before sunrise.
