So grateful for the doors he opened, the moments he carried us when we wanted to give up, the grace we never could’ve earned. When we look back, we realize it was never luck. It was ALWAYS God. Comment MIRACLE and we’ll send you a reminder to recognize God’s hand in the little things. 🤍 #MillionLittleMiracles #MaverickCityMusic #Worship #GodsFaithfulness
Let’s try-on a few @esenshel hats! Which hat would you add to your collection?
pull-ups aren’t just about having a strong back. you need to develop pulling strength, scapular control, grip strength and the ability to move your own bodyweight. here are FOUR exercises I’d recommend incorporating into your training.. all fits are @dfyne.official code CAIRO to save 💰 banded pull-ups - using a resistance band reduces the amount of bodyweight you’re pulling, allowing you to practise the full movement pattern. this helps build confidence, improve technique and progressively develop the strength needed for an unassisted pull-up. lat pulldowns (SA or NG) - help strengthen your lats, which are major contributors to the pulling motion. training unilaterally also allows you to address strength imbalances. negative pull-ups - by focusing on the lowering (eccentric) phase of a pull-up, you’re building strength in the exact movement you’re trying to achieve. start at the top and lower yourself as slowly as possible. australian rows (inverted rows) - strengthen your upper back, lats, biceps and scapular stabilisers while allowing you to work with a manageable percentage of your bodyweight. great for developing overall pulling strength and body tension, both of which carry over to pull-ups! 1-1 coaching also available via the link in my bio 📩

Service members, contractors, and military families are now coming forward with images they say the Pentagon hid, and the accounts behind them are brutal. From Saudi Arabia to Kuwait to Jordan, American bases were pummeled by Iranian drones and missiles. Most of this happened in the early months of the war, yet these pictures are only emerging now, because the people who lived it are tired of the Pentagon's coverup. They’re taking a real risk by leaking these photos. The least we can do is make sure people see them. Follow @votevets for more.
