Fasting is a common practice, whether for religious reasons or with the goal of losing weight, preventing chronic disease, or even slowing aging. Those who fast for health reasons typically practice intermittent fasting—consuming calories only during a specific window of the day. But experts say the benefits may not apply to everyone. The inside was AMAZING! 🦖🦕🥹 It fits Sutton’s personality perfectly! 😂 backstory ::: Sutton has been a growler since she was born, and we always called her our little dinosaur. So we knew we had to do a dinosaur themed birthday party for her! Kay worked for months trying to make everything perfect and the result is beautiful! 🩷 The party ended up being so cute with so many fun things for the girls to do! It was a Tea-Rex party! So like a tea party with dinosaurs! I cannot believe that Sutton is already 1! 🥹🩷 It seems like just yesterday Kay was pregnant with Sutton… and now Sutton is crawling around and learning so much! They really do grow up so fast! 🥺🩷 We always love parties like this because we only work with local businesses so that we are able to get help support their families! 🥹 Everyone who helped us put this together did AMAZING! 🥹🦕🦖 If you live in the DFW area, these are our favorite small businesses that we always use for events like this! They are all AMAZING! 🥹🤩 Planning: @modernpartycompany Photographer: @monicareyesphotography Venue: @urbanfirehouse Balloons: @balloontherapy Custom Builds & Prop Rentals: @glopartyandco Catering: @knifeandfaulk Photo Booth & Key Chain Bar: @luxyboothco Kids Table & Chairs: @luckysevencreations Acrylic: @castiestudio Softplay: @dfw_softplay_experience Cake & Treats: @cakedbyshef_ Marquee Letters: @alphalitfortworth
