Stunning Mk1 Fiat X1/9 at Brands Hatch Festival Italia that had driven all the way from Modena 🇮🇹- the owner was fine tuning the carburettor prior to his 3-day return journey. He is an Italian who had worked in Wales for 20 years so had an interesting combined Italian/Welsh accent when he spoke English, and it was a pleasure to meet him. He restored this car to its current glorious condition- it looked fabulous in the flesh! A really phenomenal actor that killed almost every role he was in, played the psychopath part a little too well. Some of his works included Boardwalk Empire, Hannibal and Murder by Numbers. Michael Pitt was talented, but with a lot of issues. Lots of people have said that he was very hard to work with on set / unprofessional. Public meltdowns ended up altering his career trajectory including a criminal case trial going on right now with him. He could have gotten so many more iconic roles, unfortunately the way things played out it never transpired.

When he first saw the figure, it was wispy, insubstantial. Barely even there. Over the weeks and months, it wore away at him, kept close, only showed itself to him. Broke him down. A blurry shape in the corner of the doctor’s office, a dark, human-shaped spot in the background of a movie, a smear shaped like a man in the middle of a busy street. Always bigger, stronger. The last time he saw it, it loomed out from a clear blue sky. It reached down with a hand made of cloud and stopped his heart with a touch.
