A foundation is seeking financial help for a new mum and her twins According to the foundation, 18 years old Kafayat had a set of twins and became swollen from her tummy, thighs and legs. They said she had her babies through ceasarean section and after childbirth, she has been battling extremely low/extremely high bp.
