I’ve been a member of a team my entire life. Growing up playing sports, you learn humility, teamwork, communication, leadership, and a sense of pride being a part of something bigger than yourself. It’s a truly unique experience and develops you into a well rounded adult.

But many people don’t get to experience this in any sense of the matter. Sure you may have a work team or be forced into a group project in school but you’re pretty much in it for personal success and accolades.

Opening the doors of @annextraining back in 2015, I tried to create a platform based on community. One where your individual progress in the gym is only amplified by the people working out by your side. A place where your buddies and coaches hold you accountable to work had and try your best. A collaboration of collective ownership, trust, respect, and positivity.

The people in these doors surprise me everyday and make me extremely proud of what this gym has accomplished in 8 short years. Here’s to many more!
