This exact moment in my life I’ll never forget. In all my years I don’t think anyone has shared with me such an experience. Reflecting back I was so close to this moment not happening. This exact space which has been so special to me since I was 12., is soon going to be remodeled. To be able to be somewhere that’s inspired my life in so many ways before it’s gone. This is the movie that made me love film. The movie that helped me define connection. That showed me my self worth is beyond just the physical limitations. That one day I could lay on a bed with someone too and it wouldn’t just be a transaction. That is could be like Bob and Charlotte. Two people with nothing in common sharing an experience that brought them together. Without the need to take the relationship where every other romantic movie would go. My life experience would keep allowing me to see this movie in different ways. Now I get to experience it with the same eyes and Bob and Charlotte. This year has really showed me how loved I am from my friends. I’m so thankful to Michi for brining me on this journey. And making the time for me to experience what I thought would only be dreams. 🫶
