#fallisinthearia #fallingboat for today I was so overwhelmed with the poses today. After teaching 4 classes today I came to my Yoga wheel 😀 and started to play with it . But then I realized why not keep thing simple? A boat is a boat and it’s mean to be a boat. Thank you for so much inspiration !!
