I think we’re so used to seeing everyone’s highlight reel that we forget life is meant to have seasons. These are my 5 highs and 5 lows for the month. Psychologically, we’re wired to compare and it’s easy to mistake someone else’s good moments for their whole reality. Maybe the goal isn’t to avoid the lows, but to learn to ride the waves without letting them define your whole story. You can be grateful and still struggle, have the best moments and the hardest days and love your life without loving every part of it. Any spelling mistakes zip it. Mami is sick 🤒
