Tribute to Gucci fashion show held at grand palace “Gyeongbokgung” Seoul, Korea
Our ancestors not only sourced the best ingredients for the kings/Queens but also used the five colors “Obangsaek” in harmony when preparing food to ward off bad energy and bring health and blessings. At Gucci Osteria Seoul, we used salsa verde, guazzetto sauce, saffron vongole, snowflake mushrooms, and wood ear mushrooms to express the royal dish ‘Domi jjim’ (steamed sea bream) with five colors of Italian flavors
경복궁에서 열린 구찌 패션쇼를 위해 만든 “Regina di Mare”
우리 선조들은 수라상에 올리는 음식은 각 지역에서 최고의 재료를 공수했을 뿐만 아니라 나쁜 기운을 물리치고 건강과 축복을 올리는 마음의 의미로 음식에 오방색을 조화롭게 사용하였습니다. 구찌오스테리아 서울에서는 살사 베르데, 구아제토 소스, 샤프란 봉골레, 눈꽃송이버섯과 목이버섯을 사용하여 궁중음식인 도미찜을 이탈리안 풍미의 오색으로 표현해 보았습니다
