I encountered a sentence in the Today book that resonated with me this morning. I've been reading this book for over a year, and it's no surprise that someone close to me recommended the Emotions Anonymous program shortly after I started my self-transformation journey with the Elite Mentorship Forum. Investing in these two programs has been the best decision for my personal growth. The sentence that stood out to me was, "Accepting ourselves as we are will bring us to the next step of our journey."

The preceding passage discusses how often we find ourselves consumed by sadness, loneliness, guilt, and shame, and we may wonder why we feel so unhappy. However, upon further examination, it becomes clear that these emotions stem from our thoughts. Our thinking patterns are to blame for our misery and discontent. Fortunately, we have the power to change our thinking and lessen the self-criticism. We are worthy as we are God in creation.

Today, I choose to talk lovingly to myself. If this resonates with you, please share how you decide to speak to yourself in the comment below.

Who we are and what we think is okay.
