Your next chapter doesn’t have to be a breakdown. It can be your breakthrough. Nobody talks about the moment a woman in her 40s starts questioning EVERYTHING. Your body. Your energy. Your relationship. Your confidence. Your patience. Your purpose. The life you worked so hard to build suddenly feels different. And the woman looking back at you in the mirror? She might not feel quite like herself anymore. Before you call it a midlife crisis, let’s talk about what might actually be happening. Because this isn’t always just about mindset. Your biology matters, too. Hormonal fluctuations Sleep and recovery Stress and cortisol regulation Insulin sensitivity and metabolic health Thyroid function Estrogen and progesterone Muscle mass and body composition Testosterone and changes in energy and libido Sound familiar? Here’s your reminder: You are not broken. You are not behind. And you do not have to settle for feeling unlike yourself. Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing. And your approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery may need to change with it. This is where we stop guessing, start asking better questions, and get intentional about our health.

Helping my girl out
October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 🤍 “You travel a lot.” I know. But the truth is, I haven’t been very good at getting pregnant or staying pregnant. So while we wait for our miracle, we might as well keep enjoying this beautiful life we’ve been given. 🤍 Behind all the adventures, passport stamps, and smiling pictures is a story that isn’t always visible. A story of loss, heartbreak, countless prayers, and a longing to grow our family. But one thing we’ve learned through this journey is that we can hold both grief and joy at the same time. We can deeply desire a life that looks different while still being incredibly grateful for the one God has given us right now. So while we wait, we’ll keep traveling. We’ll keep exploring new places, laughing together, chasing sunsets, and making memories. We won’t put our lives on hold while we pray for the next chapter. And Lord willing, someday there will be little feet walking beside ours, a tiny passport to fill, and a little miracle to share all these adventures with. 🥹🤍 Until then, we’ll keep trusting God’s timing, loving each other, and finding joy in the waiting. To anyone else navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, I see you. You can be thankful for the life you have and still grieve the life you’ve been praying for. Both can be true. 🤍 #PregnancyAndInfantLossAwareness #PregnancyLossAwareness #InfertilityJourney #JoyInTheWaiting #FaithInTheWaiting OurLittleMiracle
