Before you add another supplement or change your workout plan, take a look at what you’re doing every week.

Are you eating enough protein?
Training consistently?
Giving yourself enough time to sleep?

I think we often spend too much time fine-tuning the details before we’ve built the habits that make them useful.

Pick one basic habit that needs work. Make it easier to repeat, even when life gets busy.

A couple of strength sessions you can stick with.

A reliable source of protein at each meal.

A bedtime that gives you enough rest.

Build from there.

The goal is to stay strong enough to hike, play with your kids, and keep doing the things you enjoy as you get older.

Keep it simple enough to keep going.

🎁 PS - I created a FREE guide showing you the exact system our clients use to lose 20–30 lbs in 16 weeks from home — without a gym or crash diet.
Comment “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send it to you.

Not a fun post today. This is going to hurt a lot of people. The subject already has hurt a lot of people. Everyone deserves to know. Always open to conversations. Please do not attack or harass anyone mentioned or involved. This is simply to inform consumers who are Anti-Ai.
