I grew up right next door to the canal in marrickville we took full advantage and jumped in and used sneak over to our mates throughout

All the dumbcnts that are saying this is beautiful you’re all what’s literally wrong with the prices in this country you buy this piece of shit for at least 500k instead of pointing the finger at the government and saying wtf about this is worth 500k + why are lands not worth less and why are houses not worth less. You got the canal running through the backyard putrid rubbish contaminated soils and broken old structures and this would literally be listed for 3mil
