Progress is coming exactly as it should . Immaculate reps cause huge stimulus , you then are capable over time of doing more reps and more load . The fuel for the whole journey is the immaculate reps . They are what the engine converts into taking you somewhere! Without the fuel you can’t move , you can’t progress . You must focus on tbe quality and then let your body ( the engine ) do the rest !! ( yes I moved biceps back to before legs , it’s just too easy otherwise and I would rather have a couple harder sessions and train at 4 sleeps frequency than waiting the 5 sleeps )
I’ve seen what happens when time runs out.
