I’m grown up!!! I have grandchildren now, and somehow they keep reminding me that growing older doesn’t mean growing tired of wonder.

They pull me back into the little things: laughing until my stomach hurts, asking questions, making a mess, finding joy right in the middle of an ordinary day. They remind me that life is still happening, still beautiful, still full of firsts.

I’m not trying to be young again. I’m learning to stay open, playful, and present in the life I have now. That’s the gift of being their Mimi: I get to love them, guide them, and let their little hearts remind mine how to feel wonder again.

Cardio is for your heart, not for punishment. ❤️‍🔥

20–25 minutes of daily cardio can support cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall fitness. You don’t need to overdo it or exhaust yourself to get results.

Lift weights, move your body, recover well, and stay consistent. Your goal is a healthier, stronger body — not burning the maximum calories every day.

Train smart. Don’t chase exhaustion. Chase longevity. 💪🏻
