Colorful Medieval Gem in Romania ❤️🤩 The city of Sighişoara is a wonderful place to visit in the Transylvanian region of Romania, especially this time of the year. 🥰 This is my 2nd time visiting this beautiful place, and each time I travel here I'm impressed with the uniqueness of the colorful medieval buildings, and the amazing history found around every corner. ⏳ Known as the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler or 'Dracula' it's a perfect place to visit around Halloween, as the city comes alive with decorations and themed parties. 🧛🏼‍♂️🎃 You can explore the historical centers and museums during the day, and take a stroll through the winding medieval cobblestone streets in the evening when the colored houses are beautifully lit. 🔥 If you're visiting Romania, and you find yourself in vampire country... check out Sighişoara and the oldest guesthouse in the city @casasavri 😍 Thanks for watching, and don't forget to Follow Along with me @growingupabroad for more great recommendations all over Europe! 😉🌍 Travel | Europe | Someplace Different | Explore More | Mountains | Unique Places | Visit Romania | Travel Romania | What to See | Where to Stay | European Cities | Exploring | Cozy Places | Bucket List Location | GrowingUpAbroad 🌍
