Padosi be like: humaari gaadi better hai!!🚗 Watch Family Full House with Rohit Sharma, Sat - Sun at 9:30 PM, only on Sony LIV and Sony Entertainment Television. [Family Full House, Rohit Sharma, Sony LIV]
Something happened recently that I wasn’t fully prepared for and I want to talk about it honestly 🤍 When we found out about our little miracle I expected to feel pure uncomplicated joy. And the joy was absolutely there, bigger and more beautiful than anything I have ever felt 💫 But so was the fear. Sitting right alongside it. Not replacing the joy, not cancelling it out, just there. Quietly. Persistently. In the same breath as every beautiful feeling I was experiencing 🥺 And for a moment I felt guilty about that. Like the fear somehow meant I wasn’t grateful enough, wasn’t present enough, wasn’t doing this right 🤍 But here is what I have come to understand through my own journey and through sitting with so many women in their most vulnerable moments 💫 You are allowed to feel two completely opposite things at the same time. Joy and fear. Hope and grief. Excitement and uncertainty. They are not mutually exclusive and feeling one does not cancel out the other 🥺 Becoming a mother after loss is joy and grief in the same heartbeat. Leaving something that no longer serves you is freedom and sadness at once. Stepping into a new version of yourself is excitement and mourning simultaneously 🤍 And none of that is weakness 💫 That is what it means to be fully, completely, beautifully human 🥺 So if you are feeling things that seem like they shouldn’t exist alongside each other, give yourself full permission to hold all of it. You do not have to perform simplicity when your experience is anything but simple 🤍 Feel it all. Every contradictory, complex, messy, real layer of it 💫 That is not you doing life wrong. That is you doing life honestly. And honest is always, always enough 🥺🤍
