🇺🇸🚨 Noise cameras are starting to target loud cars across the U.S., using microphones, video cameras, and license-plate readers to identify the vehicle responsible for excessive sound. ⠀ The systems can isolate where the noise came from, capture the vehicle on video, and record its plate after a preset sound threshold is exceeded. ⠀ New York City is already one of the most aggressive examples, operating 12 noise cameras in 2025 that recorded 15,994 noise events and resulted in 1,691 summonses. ⠀ For excessive muffler noise in NYC, penalties can start at $800 and climb as high as $2,625 including default penalties. ⠀ Other cities have taken different approaches, with some issuing citations, some sending warnings, and others still running pilots to determine how accurately the cameras can identify one loud vehicle in traffic. ⠀ For enthusiasts running aftermarket exhausts, straight pipes, crackle tunes, or especially loud setups, roadside sound enforcement could become another thing to watch for alongside speed and red-light cameras. ⠀ Would noise cameras make you think twice about running a loud exhaust on the street? ⠀ What are your thoughts? 🤔💭 ⠀ FOLLOW ➡️ @hypewhip for more automotive news and car culture! 🤝🏎️ ⠀ #cars #carculture #exhaust #racing #automotivenews

10 years married to my best friend!! 🥹🩷 10 years ago, Kay and I cancelled our wedding and decided that instead of spending all the money we had been saving for it, we wanted to use it to go backpacking and see the world together. So we got married at a state park, packed our bags, and set off on our first adventure as husband and wife! 🥹💕 Little did we know that would be the start of the craziest, most beautiful adventure of our lives. 😭 Over the next 10 years, we traveled all over the world, I graduated engineering school, and we eventually settled down in Dallas. But I don’t think either of us could have imagined how much our lives would change when we started sharing our little adventures here in 2021. 🥹 Since then, we’ve welcomed two more beautiful baby girls into our family, traveled to places we used to only dream about, and made more memories than I could ever count. Sometimes when we look back at everything we’ve experienced together, our life genuinely feels like something out of a storybook. 🥹🩷 But what makes it all so special to me is knowing where we started. There was a time when we were skipping meals because we couldn’t afford groceries, relying on food stamps, and struggling to pay our bills. We worked so hard for so many years, and there were plenty of times when life felt like anything but a fairytale. But even through all of those struggles, we always had each other. And somehow, we still found ways to make life an adventure. 🥹💕 Now, 10 years later, we’re living a life that those two kids getting married at a state park could have never imagined. We have three beautiful girls, we’ve built businesses together, and we get to wake up every day doing what we love with the people we love most. 😭🩷 I think my favorite part of looking back at the last 10 years is realizing that no matter how much our lives have changed, we’re still those same two people who would rather spend their money making memories together. 🥹 Happy 10 year anniversary to my beautiful wife!! 🥹🩷 and here’s to another 10 years of making memories and finding new adventures together. I love you Kay!! 🥹💕
