Chicken soup for the soul!! Packed with protein and gut loving plant fibres, this is the perfect soup to make weekly to avoid falling sick this winter. It’s also packed with hydrating foods to keep your skin beautiful and glowing ✨ It includes foods that are amazing for detoxing the body to keep you regular, eliminate constipation and bloating and ultimately feel your best! Comment “shop” to get the @thegiadzy ingredients @bodybykondi used to make this cozy dish. Recipe: *organic and local ingredients are best if possible for the most nutrients!* In a slow cooker, add an organic chicken with 1 cup organic dry white beans, 3 cups chopped carrots, 2 small turnips chopped, 2 cups chopped celery, 2 inch knob minced ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic (chop these and let sit for 10 mins to enhance the antioxidant properties 10x), 1 bunch of parsley, 1 Tbsp fennel seeds and spicy seasoned sea salt. Cover with filtered water and let cook overnight over for about 8-12 hours. Enjoy with your favourite GF noodle (I used Giadzy Stelline), olive oil and enjoy! #chickensoup #fluseason #naturalremedies #coldandfluseason #healingfoods

Could an influx of newcomers help turn Texas blue? Ahead of tonight’s midterm results, Brut.’s Texas-based journalist Skyler Hurt spoke with a Texas resident who believes people moving from liberal cities could help tip the balance toward Democrats. Texas gained roughly 607,000 residents through net migration from other states between 2021 and 2023, more than double the approximately 291,000 recorded between 2017 and 2019. Texas has not elected a Democrat to statewide office since 1994, though the 2018 Senate race was decided by about 2.6 percentage points. This year, voters are choosing a governor, a U.S. senator and other state and congressional representatives. #texas #texans #midterms2026 #midterms
A new kitchen favourite: my @miele steam oven 🌫️🥦 I love how easy it makes preparing vegetables - steam cooking helps retain almost all vitamins and minerals while preserving the natural flavour, colour and texture of the ingredients. A gentle and convenient way to create delicious, nutritious dinners in no time - especially when having friends over. More time enjoying good food and great company! #Miele #SteamCooking #KitchenEssentials #cooking
