Want to get bigger and stronger? Train with someone bigger and stronger than you! 💯 This back workout reminded me of when I was younger. I always trained with guys who were much bigger and stronger than me. It kept me motivated, pushed me harder, and helped me take my training to the next level. Me: 243 lbs. IFBB Pro @maikciesla: 300+ lbs. 💪 Nothing like hitting back with a beast at the East Coast Mecca! @steveweinberger.bevsgym @flex_magazine @muscleandfitness @300hardway #Bodybuilding #BackDay #GymMotivation #EastCoastMecca #PowerhouseGym

We had a great time welcoming comedian @nikkiglaser and her friends @kyledunnigan and @theycallmeahri to our boutique for a new Watch Shopping episode. They came to help Nikki find a watch and ended up giving Teddy and our boutique director, Jon, a couple of new nicknames along the way. Watch the full episode now on YouTube.

TNHT Staff: @staxxssss_malone —————— Neighbors, Gypsy-Rose Blanchard has found herself back into the headline just weeks after the death of her former fiancé. Blanchard was involved in a minor car accident in Louisiana on Saturday, according to state police. ————————— Authorities said the crash resulted in minor property damage, but no injuries were reported. No arrests were made in connection with the incident. According to TMZ, sunlight shining into Blanchard’s eyes may have contributed to the collision, which reportedly occurred at an intersection. The outlet also highlighted a social media post from an individual in Houma, Louisiana, who appeared to reference the incident. “2026 is wild. Just got sideswiped by Gypsy Rose. FML,” the person wrote in the post. ————————— The circumstances surrounding the collision have not been fully detailed publicly. The accident comes just weeks after Blanchard’s former fiancé, Ken Urker, reportedly died suddenly on October 1, his 34th birthday. Urker was found dead at his home in Raceland, Louisiana, after a family member requested a welfare check when he failed to show up for work. Thoughts?
