Starting my curly girl journey & I’m taking y’all with me! Need your help curl-friends!! 🥹🤞🏽 Products used in this video: @conair Curl Define Pro Hair Brush @notyourmothers - CURL TALK- •Frizz Control Sculpting Gel •Activating Mousse •Defining Curl Cream ✍️Drop the products you recommend below! Story Time: Growing up, my mom & sister @rima_joon both had curly hair while mine was just a confused wavy look. Then in 9th grade I got a perm bc I wanted curls so bad but ended up completely frying my hair 🫠 then bleached it blonde to make matters worse & eventually had to chop it all off. Fast forward to today, I’ve tried so many different products and always end up with just beach waves or some curls underneath and the top being straight…until now! Side Story: (iykyk 😂) Last year my hair got wet at a golf tournament & my lil curls started poking out a lil when one of my curl-friends ( @sojazzaye ) saw my curls and convinced me that I could bring them to life. Fast forward a year later, after trying @idaone curly brush the other day & going through all the steps Jaz & @persiabella gave me, I finallllllly see some results! 🥹😍 Defintely not curly curly yet, but I absolutely see a difference & loveee the results 🥰 The curl defining brush separated the strands while all the products really activated the curls and are bringing them life (Slowly but surely) THANK YOU ladies for all the tips and the confidence to try & get these curls pop’n 👩🏻‍🦱🥳🙌🏽I’m on day 5 and going the whole month without straightening my hair. Let’s see how “curly” I can get ➰➰😌 #curlyhair #journey #curlfriends #curlygirls #wavyhairdontcare
