You better WORK for @sorayazapataa ! 💥

Yesterday our Full-Time and Performance Teams students had the incredible Soraya Zapata in the studio to share her infectious energy, knowledge and epic combos.

Full-Timer @bobbi_shultz_ energy needs to be studied!! 😍

well well well… what do we have here?

The strangest part about the McMurtry Spéirling is that it does not need to be moving fast to have enormous grip. Its twin fans can generate up to 2,000 kg of downforce from 0 mph, effectively sucking the car onto the track before conventional aero has even had a chance to work.

That is the idea that helped the 1,000 bhp Spéirling become the fastest car ever around the Top Gear Test Track, with the Stig setting a 55.9-second lap and beating the 2004 Renault R24 F1 record by 3.1 seconds. It looks tiny, but the engineering behind it is anything but.

Follow @iconichypercars for the machines that make you rethink what a car can do.
